Ad Traffic Coordinator

Position Summary / Primary Purpose:

The Ad Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the oversite and preparation of the commercial programing for a 24-hour linear channel traffic log. This includes tracking commercial scripts and ensuring all copy and creative is received as well as working closely with programming and broadcast operations. The Ad Traffic Coordinator should possess strong functional knowledge of Traffic, Network Operations and Master Control.

Responsibilities

Manages all commercial inventory on daily logs in real time during live programming, as well as resolves any additional commercial inventory issues that may occur.

Act as a liaison among Master Control and Network Operations.

Tracks in content and inventory Ad Sales Marketing elements.

Monitors, maintains, and updates Day of Air reports in real time.

Creates daily discrepancy report for Ad Sales and Research.

Desired Skills & Experience

BA in in Communications, Media, Business or related field preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ Ad traffic experience in digital media, or related field preferred.

Experience with Wide Orbit or similar sales, traffic scheduling software applications preferred.

Experience with Excel preferred.

Strong understanding of digital media platforms, web, app, streaming and connected devices preferred.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Knowledge and passion for Country Music Programming preferred.
